Technical Requirements:
The material must meet the requirements of the NES 0301 2014-N standard and comply with GB/T 19515-2015 for road vehicle reusability and recyclability calculation methods.
The material resistivity must be 0.01774Ω·mm²/m (at 20℃).
Operating Temperature: -40℃ to +85℃.
Storage Temperature: -40℃ to +125℃.
The copper busbar must be straightened and leveled. After shearing, drilling, and punching, burrs must be removed. The surface of the busbar must be flat with no bumps, cracks, or perforations.
The copper busbar surface must be nickel-plated with a total plating thickness of ≥2μm. The plating must comply with GB/T 12599-2002, "Technical Specification and Test Methods for Tin Electroplated Coatings on Metal."
Salt Spray Test: Refer to GB/T 2423.17-2008 for environmental testing of electrical and electronic products, and GB/T 6461-2002 for rating specimens after corrosion tests on metallic and other inorganic coatings on metal substrates. Conduct a 96-hour neutral salt spray (NSS) test. The parts must meet the rating standards for specimens after corrosion testing: Protection Rating (Appearance Rating) = 7/-. The product surface must not show deformation, discoloration, loss of gloss, chalking, cracking, or other surface damage. Refer to GB/T 28046-2011 for environmental conditions and testing of electrical and electronic equipment in road vehicles, ensuring that the product's functional status meets Class A functional requirements: during and after the test, all product functions must meet design specifications.

Insulation Tubing Material: PVC, with a thickness of 1-1.5mm. Flame retardant rating: UL94 V0.
Insulation Withstand Voltage Rating: Greater than 2500VAC for 60 seconds without breakdown. Testing points should refer to product drawings.
Insulation Tubing Color: Orange, color code RAL2003 or PATONE Orange 021C.
Insulation Tubing Area: Refer to product drawings. For unspecified boundary dimensions, tolerance is 0mm/-2mm.
Insulation Tubing Forming: The tubing must be molded or heat-shrunk, with uniform shrinkage. There must be no bulging, wrinkling, or cracking of the sheath at bent areas.
Unspecified Tolerances for Dimensions, Angles, and Radii: Refer to GB/T 15055-2007 for M-level tolerance limits for stamped parts.
