Technical Requirements:
The upper and lower surfaces at both ends are laminated with 0.1mm nickel sheets, with the remaining copper sheets having a thickness of 0.1mm. The entire structure is firmly welded.
Welding is done using polymer diffusion welding, with a peel strength at the weld points >8N/mm.
The heat shrink tubing must withstand temperatures from -40°C to 200°C.
The heat shrink tubing material must have a volume resistivity ≥1E14Ω·cm.
Using voltage testing equipment, apply 3000VDC for 60 seconds between any metal part and any insulated part of the connected components, with a leakage current <1mA.
The flame retardant rating of the heat shrink tubing must meet the horizontal burning HB grade as specified by GB/T 2408-2021, and vertical burning V-0 grade.
The surface of the copper busbar must be smooth and flat, free from burrs, rust, or other defects.
No scratches are allowed within 5mm of the transition zone between the soft and hard sections of the busbar.
