Technical Requirements:
The powder-coated insulation layer material must meet the requirements of the copper busbar ADV test.
The copper busbar material is T2 red copper, with chamfering (R1) before powder coating. The mounting base material is DMC, and the intermediate fixing hole sleeve and gasket are made of insulating material.
The insulating base and insulating sleeve must meet insulation withstand voltage requirements: 3000 VDC for 60 seconds with a maximum current of 2mA.
All materials used for parts must comply with the requirements of "SHPT 05 01 001 Product Parts and Materials Prohibited/Restricted Substances."
The sealant between the copper busbar base and the copper busbar is high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin 808AB-GT, with a recommended mixing ratio of A= 8:1 (by weight).
The sealant must withstand temperatures above 150°C without melting, and the flame retardant rating must meet UL94 V-0.
The interior of the insulating base must be free of obvious bubbles in the sealant, and there must be no looseness between the nut post and the insulating base.
The exposed areas of the copper busbar and both upper and lower surfaces of the soft copper busbar must be silver plated, with a plating thickness of ≥5μm.
Unspecified dimensions on the drawing refer to the 3D model. Dimensional tolerances not specified are based on GB/T1804 m-level tolerance, and shape and position tolerances not specified are based on GB/T1184-K level.
The insulation withstand voltage for a single powder-coated copper busbar must be 3000VDC for 60 seconds with a maximum current of 2mA; insulation resistance must be ≥2000MΩ @1000VDC.
Operating current: 0-600A; operating environment temperature and humidity: 85°C, 85% RH; operating voltage: 0-400V; rated operating temperature: -40°C to 120°C. Endurance: >50KN.M; flame retardant rating: UL94-V1, with a heat resistance rating of ≥150°C.
Silver sulfide test on the silver-plated surface: Immerse the sample in a 3% potassium sulfide or sodium sulfide solution for 30 minutes; the sample must not turn yellow.
The transition sections between the soft and hard copper busbars must use silver brazing, with the recommended brazing rod BCu80AgP.
